Rates / Tariffs
All rates and tariffs are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST
Payment
Fairways Resort accepts EFTPOS payments (Visa; MasterCard, Bank
Card) and cash
Surcharges are not added to EFTPOS transactions
Diners Club and American Express are not accepted
To secure your booking a 20% deposit is required; the balance is due
at time of checkout
Refunds
General Bookings
Cancellations made prior to 7 days of your arrival date are entitled
to a 100% refund
If you cancel your booking within 7 days of your arrival date, your
deposit maybe forfeited at the discretion of Management.
Online bookings
Cancellations will incur a $25 cancellation fee to cover the online
booking commissions costs incurred.
Check In / Check Out Times
Check in time is guaranteed from 3.00pm
Check-out time is 10.30am
Smoking
Fairways Resort has a no-smoking policy. External courtyards can be
used by smokers and an ash tray has been provided.
Pets
Unfortunately Fairways Resort cannot accommodation your pets.

Please advise Front Office at the time of making your booking or at
check in if you require additional bedding and linen for an
additional person. Additional guests will be charged an additional
$30 per person per day.

Quiet Convenience
Rooms at the Fairways Resort are supplied to guests for their quiet
convenience. Excessive noise, functions and parties are not
permitted in the rooms as these events are liable to cause a
disruption to other guests and / or property damage. Rooms are not
to be used for parties and group congregations. The BBQ area is used
by guests to socialise and have dinner; the BBQ area operating hours
are restricted from 12.00noon to 10.00pm.
Property Damage
Any damage, excessive cleaning or undue wear and tear is to be
reported to the Front Office immediately. All damages, breakages,
excessive cleaning and / or other losses to the property, furniture
or furnishings is to be paid for by the tenant.
Loss of keys may attract a $50 replacement and call out cost.
Managements reserve the right to seek a bond at time of check-in.
Bonds are refundable (in most instances) and will be available at
time of checkout.
Bonds will be refundable if:
Security has not been called to the property due to a complaint;
The property is left clean and tidy, rubbish is dealt with
appropriately and;
The condition of the property is left as close as possible to the
condition it was in when you began your stay.
