Located within the Rosebud Country Club and only a 5 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Port Phillip Bay, Fairways Resort is your destination for a Mornington Peninsula escape.

Each of our spacious rooms feature King size beds with shower en suite bathrooms and private courtyards with table and chairs for your relaxation and enjoyment.

Guests can play a round of golf at the onsite 36-hole championship golf course or explore the peninsula with activities like bush walking, swimming, mountain biking and boating all within close driving distance. Plenty of the Mornington Peninsula's popular tourist attractions are also located nearby.

Fairways is a little over an hour from Melbourne CBD a 10-minute drive from Peninsula Hot Springs and The Enchanted Maze Garden. Within a 30-minute drive are Point Nepean National Park and Ashcombe Maze & Lavender Gardens.
