Nestled amongst the gum trees in a native bushland setting and on a 36 hole golf course with Restaurant and Bar onsite – you can escape the hustle and bustle and relax onsite or get out and enjoy all the Peninsula has to offer.
At Fairways Resort we have 39 modern, well appointed and spacious rooms each complete with King Size beds, luxury linen’s, ensuite bathrooms, and private courtyards. All rooms underwent soft refurbishment during 2019 and boast coastal hues inspired from our beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
Spa suites offer a little more luxury and are perfect for couples looking for a romantic escape. Additional hotel amenities include guest BBQ’s and undercover eating area, small conference room and guest laundry. A perfect base for the leisure, golfing, business and family traveller alike.
Peninsula Hot Springs
The Peninsula Hot Springs is the first natural hot springs & day spa centre in Victoria on the Mornington Peninsula. Natural thermal mineral waters flow into the pools and private baths providing the idyllic setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. Peninsula Hot Springs makes it possible to bathe in the naturally healing waters of mineral rich thermal pools.

Point Nepean National Park
Point Nepean is one of Victoria's most beautiful natural landscapes. A special place with so much to see and discover. Its rich history has played an important role in shaping the early settlement, quarantine and defence of Victoria.
The park is located at the very tip of the Mornington Peninsula, with outstanding coastal scenery and panoramic views of Bass Strait, the Rip and Port Phillip Bay. Visitors can explore the military forts and tunnels, discover the historic Quarantine Station, view the memorial where Prime Minister Harold Holt went missing and enjoy the coastal native trees and grasses which are ideal habitat for many native Australian wildlife.
Ashcombe Maze and Lavender Gardens
Ashcombe Maze & Lavender Gardens is home to Australia's oldest and most famous hedge maze, the worlds first circular Rose Maze, and extensive Lavender gardens. This unique 25-acre woodland property has been carefully nurtured to delight the senses throughout the seasons with over ten themed garden areas, abundant water features, licensed café/garden terrace, gift shop and fun activities for all.
